My philosphy
Since I got to know the talent approach, I can't help looking for the talent in every person I meet. The fact that every person has a talent is promising and could make things work in every situation. At least as long as we learn to see how our undermining thoughts, behaviors and actions are prohibiting us to use our full potential. This may sound complicated, but it doesn't have to be.
I have worked internationally with this talent approach (Europe, China and North America), and the wonderful thing is: no matter the nationality or level of education, everyone can use this as a tool for positive change.
My experience & education
- Over 15 yrs/3000 hrs experience as a 1-on-1 coach and as trainer in programs for talent development, (executive) leadership & coaching
- 3 yr Pulsar Academy for Transformation and Change (certified coach)
- Master’s degree in Industrial Design Engineering at the Technical University of Delft (expertise in innovation, creativity and change management).
This Blog
I would like to inspire people to get to know their talent. Next to this: Wouldn't it be wonderful if we learn to see and acknowledge other people's (hidden) talents? I hope that I can contribute by telling stories about people who show their talent in a special way and by sharing knowledge about how to use your talent.
